Delegation Led by President Wu Xielin Conducted Exchanges at a Symposium in Beijing No.4 Intermediate People’s Court

On the morning of April 9th, a delegation led by Mr. Wu Xielin, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and President of the No.3 Intermediate People's Court, conducted exchanges at a symposium on issues concerning preparations for construction and duty fulfillment in Beijing No.4 Intermediate People's Court. Mr. Wu Zaicun, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and President of Beijing No.4 Intermediate People's Court, Mr. Liu Yi, Deputy Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Vice President of the court and Director of the Political Department, and Mr. Cheng Hu, a member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice President of the court, were also present. Mr. Wu Zaicun gave detailed introductions to the infrastructure, trial management, team building, administrative management, information construction and judicial reform taking place in Beijing No.4 Intermediate Court and then put forward that the next step would be intensified study on the repositioning of the police officers from the former railway transport court, promotion of the flat management, reform of the operation mechanism for judicial power and interconnections between cases that involve the participation of cross-administrative division courts. In his introduction of the major work and promotion of the judicial reform after the establishment of Shanghai No.3 Intermediate People's Court, Mr. Wu Xielin said that as there were many similarities between the two courts, which were pilot ones founded on the basis of railway transport courts, he hoped that communications between the two would be strengthened in the future to highlight their professionalism, create reproducible and promotable experiences for reform and jointly make greater progress.
