On the afternoon of April 20th, a delegation led by Mr. Su Yong, Leader of the Judicial Inspection Group of the Supreme People's Court, carried out judicial inspection at Shanghai No.3 Intermediate People Court (Intellectual Property Right Court, Railway Intermediate Transport Court). Accompanied by Mr. Wu Xielin, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and President of the court, the inspection group paid a visit to the center for litigation execution practice, the information-technology court, the detention room and the room of honorary police history before attending a symposium with the leadership of the court. In his report to the inspection group, Mr. Wu Xielin introduced the preparation process of Shanghai No.3 Intermediate People's Court and Shanghai IPR Court, their operations since establishment, advancement of the work to build a fine Party culture and keep its organizations clean as well as anti-corruption under the mode of "three courts into one", difficulties and problems encountered in the reform and the next step to take, to name just a few. Speaking highly of the achievements made by Shanghai No.3 Intermediate People's Court since its establishment, Mr. Su Yong offered comments in three aspects to the court's leadership. The first one was clear guidelines. The court, in its faithful adherence to the "Five Principles" conveyed in the guidelines of the CPC Central Committee, the Municipal Committee, and the Supreme People's Court and Shanghai High People's Court, made an active attempt to build itself into a learning-oriented, innovative and model court.
