On the afternoon of September 10, Ms. Wu Xiaoping, Counselor of the WTO Intellectual Property Division, led a delegation to visit our court. Liu Junhua, Presiding Judge of the Intellectual Property Tribunal I, and others accompanied the delegation in the visit.  Vice President Li Shulan received the guests and introduced the basic information of Shanghai Intellectual Property Right Court to Counselor Wu Xiaoping, highlighting the judicial reform taking place in our court and our main tasks in the next stage. In-depth communication was made on such issues as the identification of standard-essential patents, application of bans, intellectual property right protection and the balance of public interests.
