Deputies to the Municipal People's Congress and CPPCC Shanghai Committee Members Came to the No.3 Intermediate People's Court (Intellectual Property Right Court) for Inspection and Work Guidance
On November 5, 20 deputies to the Municipal People's Congress and CPPCC Shanghai Committee members from Xuhui District and Jiading District came to the No.3 Intermediate People's Court (Intellectual Property Right Court and Railway Transport Intermediate Court) for inspection and work guidance. The deputies to the Municipal People's Congress and CPPCC Shanghai Committee members were shown around the Tribunal, the File Reading Room, 12368 Platform, Litigation Service Center, Mediation Room and other places, and participated in a panel discussion. The attendees of the panel discussion watched a feature film on the judicial system reform taking place in the courts in Shanghai. Mr. Wu Xielin, President of Shanghai Intellectual Property Court introduced to the deputies and CPPCC Shanghai Committee members the basic conditions of the court, services provided for the construction of the scientific innovation center, building of a competent team, and the informatization construction. And he also answered the questions about which the deputies and the members were concerned. Xu Xianhe, an Inspector of Shanghai High People's Court, reported the priorities for this year's work in the courts throughout Shanghai and the five pieces of the tasks requiring special attention in the next stage. He answered one by one the questions which the attendees were interested in. The deputies and the members who attended the panel discussion gave their full appreciation to the work achievements of the No.3 Intermediate People's Court (Intellectual Property Right Court and Railway Transport Intermediate Court) and those of the courts throughout Shanghai, and put forward relevant comments and suggestions.
