On the morning of December 9, 2015, accompanied by heads of relevant department of No. 3 Civil Tribunal of Shanghai High People’s Court and the Shanghai Intellectual Property

 Court (“the Court”), President Wu Xielin and Vice President Li Shulan of Shanghai Intellectual Property Court visited and communicated with the Patent Reexamination Board of State

 Intellectual Property Office (“the Board”). Executive Deputy Director Ge Shu and heads of relevant department of the Board took part in the symposium. A delegation led by President

 Wu Xielin visited the courtroom of the Board and asked for some information about the informatization work of the Board. Executive Deputy Director Ge Shu welcomed the visit, 

acknowledged the close exchange between the Board and the Court, appreciated the achievements made by the Court in the past year and introduced main work of the Board. President Wu Xielin 

introduced the establishment of professional trial system used by the Court in handling patent cases, especially the establishment of technical facts ascertaining and affirmation system. Wu Xielin pointed 

out that the longterm cooperation and exchange between the Court and the Board should be maintained, and the work docking mechanism between the parties should also be further expanded and 

deepened, in order to guarantee and support the good trial of patent cases. The parties also made discussions on the selection and appointment of technical investigators and the enhancement of personnel exchange.
