On the morning of October 27, accompanied by Mr. Nicolai Prytz, Consulate General of Denmark in Shanghai, Ms. Anne Rejnhold J鴕gensen, Director of Danish Patent and Trademark Office and her delegation paid a visit to the Court. Vice President Li Shulan received the visitors and Liu Junhua, Presiding Judge of No.1 IP Tribunal, attended the meeting. 

During the symposium, Ms. J鴕gensen and her delegation watched an English feature about the work of the Court and listened to the introduction on basic information of Shanghai Intellectual Property Court presented by Vice President Li Shulan. Vice President Li Shulan said Shanghai Intellectual Property Court would establish the development orientation of 揵eing professional, international, authoritative and influential？ employ the judicial measures complying with the features of IP trial, exert continuous efforts to be strict in judicial justice, deepen judicial reform, strengthen team building and judicial exchange, and try hard to make Shanghai Intellectual Property Court one of the most favored choice for IP lawsuits in the Asian-Pacific region. 

Ms. J鴕gensen expressed her gratitude to the warm reception of Shanghai Intellectual Property Court and extended congratulations on the professional and highly efficient works accomplished by Shanghai Intellectual Property Court for the more than one year since its foundation. Both parties then conducted deep exchange on management of the time limits for cases, allocation of technical investigators, protection of e-commerce IP, jurisdiction of cases, execution of judgment and so forth.
