profits brought by it is rightful and legitimate and thus should be protected by
law. The third party, who disturbed the normal operation of the video company by
intercepting pre-roll ads through technological means and directly displayed
the videos of the company to gain market advantage, constituted unfair competition
and should bear the civil liability for infringement.
