On the afternoon of October 24, a delegation of 5 members led by Ms. Ayala Deutsch, President-elect of INTA, visited Shanghai Intellectual Property Court for exchanges. Ms. Chen Huizhen, full-time member of the Trial Committee and head of Intellectual Property No. 2 Tribunal et. al. attended the forum. Before the forum, the guests visited the filing hall and the litigation service center of Shanghai Intellectual Property Court. Ms. Chen Huizhen welcomed the visit of President Ayala Deutsch and her delegation, and introduced in detail the organizational structure, the overview of cases and the procedures of intellectual property case hearing of Shanghai Intellectual Property Court. President Ayala Deutsch introduced the working system and staffing of INTA. Afterwards, Ms. Chen Huizhen answered questions on the random classification of the intellectual property cases and foreign-related cases of our court. President Ayala Deutsch expressed gratitude for the warm reception of Shanghai Intellectual Property Court and expressed the hope that Shanghai Intellectual Property Court could assign judges to participate in the courses offered to the intellectual property judges at its annual meeting to further strengthen exchanges between the two sides.
