Vice President Li Shulan Attended 15th Shanghai International Intellectual PropertyForum &the Global Conference on Intellectual Property Protection and Innovation and Development and Delivered aKeynote Speech at the Main Forum

On the afternoon of November 6, as the supporting forum activity of the first China International Import Expo (CIIE) and co-sponsored by the National Intellectual Property Administration, PRC (CNIPA), the Ministry of Commerce, the Shanghai Municipal People's Government and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), the 15th Shanghai International Intellectual Property Forum &the Global Conference on Intellectual Property Protection and Innovation and Development was held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center. Li Shulan, the vice president of Shanghai Intellectual Property Court, was invited to attend the forum and delivered a speech in the "Global Intellectual Property Protection in Innovation and Development" theme of the main forum. She also participated in discussions with representatives and experts of intellectual property institutions from Singapore, Korea, the United States and Japan. Vice President Li Shulan introduced the issues on proof providing and compensation in the judicial protection of intellectual property in China and the relevant judicial practice of Shanghai Intellectual Property Court, which stroke a wide chord and won high praise from the participants.
