In the morning of May 29, Judge Chen Huizhen's office was invited to Shanghai Qishi Science Park to carry out an investigation. Situated in Pujiang Town of Minhang District, Shanghai Qishi Science Park is a science and technology industrial park constructed with investments from private companies, which is a national incubator, a national small-and micro-demonstration base for entrepreneurship and innovation and a national public service demonstration platform for small-and medium-sized businesses, where various private and foreign-invested scientific and technological innovation and start-up businesses are settled and have great demand for the protection of intellectual property. Shanghai Qishi Science and Technology Industrial Development Co. , Ltd. as the park manager and other 8 representative companies in the park participated in the investigation seminar and put forward their questions about intellectual property protection that arisein theirpractices of development. Judge Chen Huizhen gave answers one after another and put forward suggestions on the strategy of intellectual property protection and the improvement of protection at source. This was the first time that National Adjudication Expertise Judge Chen's Office of Shanghai Intellectual Property Court visited a private science park, which has further expanded the coverage of the Judge's Office and better served the construction of Shanghai Technology Innovation Center.
