2021 International Intellectual Property Court Conference hosted by Korean Patent Court was held in Korea from November 10 to 11,2021. At invitation of the host and appointed by Supreme People's Court, Hu Mi and Du Lingyan, two judges from Shanghai Intellectual Property Court, attended the video conference as representatives of Chinese courts. At the meeting, Intellectual Property judges and experts from all around the world discussed key issues and practical matters about Intellectual Property litigation.
