On the morning of February 14, Lei Chunhai, the first-level inspector of CNIPA Examination and Management Department, led members of research team to Shanghai Intellectual Property Court in order to study how to effectively regulate the abuse of intellectual property. Li Shulan, vice president of Shanghai Intellectual Property Court, Chen Huizhen, standing member of adjudication committee, and the heads of intellectual property first court and second court  attended the discussion.
