On the afternoon of February 5^th, Mr. Wu Xielin, President of Shanghai Intellectual Property Right Court, delivered a themed speech, at the invitation of the the US-China Business Council, for representatives from US funded enterprises on the premises of the council. In his speech, Mr. Wu introduced the basic information of Shanghai IPR Court, and the exploration and prospect of judicial protection of IP rights. Also he answered questions of common interest of the attending representatives.
