On the morning of March 18^th, the Supreme People's Court's Research Center for Judicial Protection on Intellectual Property was established. Mr. Zhou Qiang, President of the Supreme People’s Court attended the inauguration meeting and delivered a speech. Ms. Li Shulan and Ms. Chen Huizhen, respectively Vice President and Presiding Judge of No.2 Intellectual Property Tribunal of our court, were appointed as the first batch of research fellows among all the 11 members of the academic committee and 28 research fellows engaged by the research center. President Zhou Qiang conferred letters of appointment in person upon the aforesaid members of the first academic committee and research fellows.
