On the morning of March 20^th, a delegation made up by Mr. Wu Xielin, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and President of Shanghai No.3 Intermediate People's Court (Intellectual Property Right Court, Railway Transport Intermediate Court), all leaders of the court as well as persons-in-charge of the comprehensive department, visited Shanghai No.2 Intermediate People's Court for study and exchanges. President Wang Xinfang of Shanghai No.2 Intermediate People's Court, together with members of his team and some middle-level cadres, introduced the conditions and experience in  trial management, team building, administrative management and judicial reform.
