Delegation Led by Tarun Sawney，Senior Director of BusinessSoftware Alliance China Office (BSA)， Visited Shanghai Intellectual Property Right Court for Exchanges
On the afternoon of April 10th, President Wu Xielin received a delegation led by Mr. Tarun Sawney, Asian-Pacific Senior Director for Anti-Piracy Operation of the Business Software Alliance China Office (BSA). Mr. Wu Xielin gave an introduction on the basic information of Shanghai Intellectual Property Right Court and the judicial protection of IP rights of the court after its establishment. Mr. Tarun Sawney spoke highly of the achievements made by Shanghai Intellectual Property Right Court since its establishment. Both parties conducted exchanges on issues of common interest in the field of IP right protection and proposed suggestions on further enhancement of institutional cooperation.
