On the afternoon of March 17th, Vice President Li Shulan led a delegation to Beijing Intellectual Property Right Court for study and research. In her introduction of the work conducted in Shanghai Intellectual Property Right Court (Shanghai IPR Court), Ms Li said that it was necessary to learn from the advanced experience of counterparts and bring to full play the trial functions of IPR courts and their roles as pioneers in the judicial reform. Both parties held a symposium on perfecting the operation mechanism of the trial power, clarifying the functional assignment of assisting personnel in the trial, optimizing trial management and procedure management, and enhancing professional judge cultivation. Ms. Li was accompanied by Mr. Ding Wenlian, Deputy Presiding Judge of No.3 Civil Tribunal of Shanghai High People’s Court, and Ms. Chen Huizhen, Presiding Judge of No.2 IP Tribunal of Shanghai IPR Court.
