On the afternoon of April 10^th, the “Construction of Shanghai Technology and Innovation Center and Judicial Protection of Intellectual Property Rights” forum, jointly hosted by Shanghai High People’s Court and Tongji University, was held at Tongji University. Vice President Li Shulan of our court attended the forum by invitation and acted as the commenter for the discussion topics. Mr. Liu Junhua, Presiding Judge of No.1 Intellectual Property Tribunal, delivered a special speech on the forum. Some judges and their assistants of our court also took part in the forum activities.
