On the morning of April 20th,Ms. Li Shulan, Vice President of Shanghai Intellectual Property Right Court (Shanghai IPR Court), met a delegation led by Mr. Tom Duke, Senior Intellectual Property (IP) Liaison Officer of British Embassy Beijing. Ms. Li Shulan also made a comprehensive elaboration of five aspects by emphasizing the orderly proceeding of trials concerning IPR cases, formation of the professional trial pattern, development of the co-working environment, staged achievements made in the judicial reform and the constant deepening of judicial transparency. Mr. Tom Duke extended his gratitude to Ms. Li for the hospitality and gave an introduction to the British IPR court system, the IP team of the British Embassy and the exchange programs between British IPR judges and their Chinese counterparts. He also hoped that the communication and cooperation with Shanghai IPR Court could be further intensified.
