On the afternoon of August 12, Mr. Richard Hacon, Chief Justice of the British Intellectual Property Enterprise Court (IPEC) led a delegation of 4 persons to visit the Intellectual Property Right Court. President Wu Xielin and Vice President Li Shulan received the guests. After Mr. Richard Hacon's delegation visited the litigation service center, tribunals, mediation rooms, news release center of our court, the parties held a seminar, introducing the basic information of their own courts and conducting in-depth communication on such issues as filing procedures of IP cases, arrangement of pre-trial meetings, responsibility orientation of technical inspectors and expert jurors, and setting of legal volunteers.
