On October 30, a swearing-in ceremony for the first batch of the judges included in specified-number management was held in Shanghai No.3 Intermediate People's Court (Intellectual Property Right Court and Railway Transport Intermediate Court). President Wu Xielin led all the judges included in specified-number management to take a solemn swearing-in facing the national flag. Gu Junwei, Ling Song and Yi Jia, the representatives of the first batch of the judges included in specified-number management, delivered a speech respectively. President Wu Xielin emphasized it in his speech that the swearing-in made by the first batch of the judges included in specified-number management was of special significance and he also required the judges included in specified-number management to adhere to the "maintenance in four aspects" and strive to be "four good examples".
