On the morning of March 4^th, Shanghai No.3 Intermediate People's Court (Intellectual Property Court, Railway Transportation Intermediate Court) held a Party Leadership Group Central Team and Judicial Committee (extended) learning workshop, and invited Mr. Lv Guoqiang, Secretary General of Shanghai Joint Meeting of Intellectual Property Right and Director of Shanghai Intellectual Property Administration, to interpret the Implementation Opinions on Strengthening the Application of Intellectual Property Right and Protecting and Supporting the Construction of  Science and Technology Innovation Center(the 12 Opinions) issued by Shanghai CPC Committee and Shanghai Municipal People's Government. The workshop was hosted by Mr. Wu Xielin, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and President of Shanghai No. 3 Intermediate People's Court, and attended by leaders including Ni Chunnan, Li Shulan, Qu Furong and Wang Renyan. The attendants also included the leaders of various departments, all officials and police officers of IP tribunal and Criminal Tribunal, and members of Sanwei Society, totaling over 40 officials and police officers. Director Lv Guoqiang interpreted the 12 Opinions in a comprehensive and in-depth way, and communicated with the officials and police officers on site. Mr. Wu Xielin delivered a concluding speech and made some requests on implementation of the 12 Opinions.
