Lu Fengyu: Female, born in May 1973, member of the Communist Party of China, Master of Law. She started to work on intellectual property trials since 2005, and is a “Talent in Handling Cases” and “Model in Handling Cases” in the court system of Shanghai and a member of the 10^th Congress of Party Representatives of Shanghai in 2012. Some cases she tried are included in Gazette of the Supreme People's Court of the People's Republic of China and one case in the list of guiding cases for the High Court. A judgment document she wrote won the second prize in the national intellectual property judgment document competition. Several cases she tried were incorporated in exemplary trials, model cases and outstanding judgment documents in courts of Shanghai. She also published some research articles in national, provincial and municipal publications.
