He Yuan: Male, born in March 1974, member of the Communist Party of China with a bachelor’s degree. He started his career in intellectual property trials since 2001. He is a "Model in Handling Cases in Courts of Shanghai" and "Good Judge and Good Cadre like Zou Bihua in Courts of Shanghai”, and won the third-class merit citation in courts of Shanghai. One case he tried was listed among the Top Ten Cases for Judicial Protection of Intellectual Property in Chinese Courts, three cases among the Top 50 Typical Cases for Judicial Protection of Intellectual Property in Chinese Courts, and several cases rated among “Top Ten Cases for Judicial Protection of Intellectual Property in Courts of Shanghai" and Prominent and Exemplary Cases in Courts of Shanghai. He published multiple research articles in national, provincial and municipal publications.
