Qian Guangwen: Male, born in November 1967, member of the Communist Party of China, Master of Law. He has been engaged in intellectual property trials since 2004. He is currently Director of No. 2 Intellectual Property Tribunal of Shanghai Intellectual Property Court and a prominent individual in national intellectual property trials. He tried the case about trademark infringement – Cartier v. Laofengxiang Yinlou Co., Ltd., the case about infringement of On Three Kingdoms, and that about infringement of the proper name, packaging and decoration of famous commodities – Shanghai Literature & Art Publishing House v. People's Publishing House, and others with great social impact.
