Wu Yingzhe: Female, born in January 1975, member of the Communist Party of China, Master of Law. She has been engaged in intellectual property trials since 2008 and won several second-class and third-class merit citations in the court system of Shanghai. She is a “Model in Handling Cases in Courts of Shanghai” and was titled “Model in Handling Cases in Chinese Courts” in 2017. Two cases she tried were published in People’s Court Daily, one in Review of Cases in China, two in “Top Ten Typical Cases for Intellectual Property in Shanghai” and several in Prominent and Exemplary Cases in Courts of Shanghai. Her judgment documents won the awards in the relevant competition in courts of Shanghai.
