On the afternoon of October 11, Mr. Ma Hao, Deputy Director of the Patent Reexamination Board of CNIPA, visited Shanghai Intellectual Property Court with his delegation for investigation. Ms. Chen Huizhen, a full-time member of the Trial Committee of Shanghai No. 3 Intermediate People's Court (Shanghai Intellectual Property Court), heads of Intellectual Property No. 1 Tribunal and Intellectual Property No. 2 Tribunal, et. al. joined the forum. The research team listened to the opinions and suggestions of the judges of our court on the suspension of patent invalidation procedures, and discussed on further information exchanges and the cooperation on patent invalidation circuit oral trial and the connection of patent infringement trials.
