On the afternoon of December 20, Jin Jingyin, General Counsel and Head of Legal Department of Shanghai Aircraft Design and Research Institute, and his party totaling 30 people attended the Public Open Day event of Shanghai Intellectual Property Court, accompanied by Fang Jun, Deputy Director of the General Office. The guests were shown around the litigation service center, filing reading room and tribunals, and sit on the hearing of a case involving dispute over computer software copyright infringement.
